In most cases these are affiliate links, and I appreciate you using my links. You won’t get charged more, and in many cases I can save you money with my link or my coupon code.
Domain Registration
NameCheap – While I’ve used Network Solutions and Godaddy in the past, I find that NameCheap has the best prices while being reliable and easy to use. I register all my domains at NameCheap. That said, if you’re starting out and only want one domain name, I recommend using GreenGeeks (just below) as they provide one free domain name with your hosting account.

Web Hosting
GreenGeeks – is my top recommendation for entry-level hosting. If you’re starting a new website, or if your current site is getting less than 500 visits a day, GreenGeeks will give you the speed and performance your site needs while saving you money.
Green Geeks includes one free domain registration which saves you an extra $10 – $15 a year, and you can host your email accounts, website, photos, etc.. for less than $5/month.

Website Design
WordPress – I build all of my sites on WordPress, and in almost every case I recommend that you do too. GreenGeeks makes WordPress install easy.
Themeforest – Themeforest is my favorite place to shop for premium themes. In WordPress, the theme controls the look and feel of your website (vs the content), and a good theme is critical to your success! Themeforest has the largest and the best selection, and they add new themes every day. I use Themeforest themes on most of the websites in my portfolio.

Genesis Theme Framework – Genesis is a premium theme framework for WordPress designed by Studiopress. I build most of my personal sites using Genesis as it’s elegantly coded, SEO-friendly, and easy to use. If you know HTML and CSS I recommend you do the same.
